When Devin filled in the questions for this website, the one-line description he gave of the business was “I’m a General contractor that can do anything from frame to finish.” The list of services he confirmed backs that up: flooring, tile, siding, painting, framing, doors, windows, trim, roofing and drywall, then emergency repairs, winter roof snow removal and ice-dam clearing.
Asked which jobs people call about most, he answered “Drywall repair and Paint work.” Asked which work he finds most profitable, “Flooring and Tile.” Both answers are useful to a homeowner. The first tells you the small jobs are welcome.

What is not on the list
Foundation work and poured concrete pads. In Devin’s words, foundations involve “a lot of certifications and special training involved that our crew just doesn’t have the qualifications for,” and concrete pads need equipment the company does not carry. Saying that plainly is part of the job, too.

- Is there work you turn down?
Yes, and Devin says so up front. Foundation work is out, because of the certifications and training involved, and so is pouring concrete pads, because the crew does not have the equipment for it. If your job needs either, that part goes to a foundation or concrete contractor.
