How the list fits together
Most jobs touch more than one line on this page. A new doorway means framing, drywall, trim and paint. A floor in an older house often starts with the subfloor. A bathroom floor means tile, and usually paint and trim around it. That is what “frame to finish” means in practice: every one of those trades is on the same service list.
The winter group is different. Roof snow removal and ice-dam clearing are time-sensitive and come in waves after a storm, and emergency repairs are whatever cannot wait. If you think you may need either this winter, it is worth having the number saved before the first big snow.
